I live in four bedroom town House in Stoke Newington, North East London. Just 2.5 miles to the City of London and 6.5- 7 miles to Central London. I have two spare rooms in available as my children have grown up and left home. My grand chichren visit and may sleep over but just once a month. My house is on three floors and empty rooms are in the basement with own shower and toilet facilities and mini electric hob and microwave. Guests are free to use main kitchen on ground floor to prepare meals Room(s): 1. Single Room (Double Room in basement, good natural light, facing back Garden) with Shared bathroom This room is actually a double room and can sleep two if they are a couple, otherwise it is suitable for one person only. There is an electric shower and separate toilet exclusive to guests. There will be an additional cost for couples. Capacity: 1 Rates: 255.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Double Room (Very large double room in basement with beautiful natural light streaming in. Extremely large room with two single beds which can be joint together to make one super king-size bed. Please let me know your preference at the time of booking. ) with Shared bathroom This room is an exceptionally large double/triple room. There is an electric shower and separate toilet shared with other guests. Washing machine is not for guests use but for long stay guests, host helps them do one wash a week Capacity: 2 Rates: 285.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Absolutely no smoking, not even in the garden or front steps. Unlimited wife use. Electric cooking hob and oven in guest area for very light cooking. Excessive use of hob may result in extra charges Microwave oven in small and Main kitchen Laundry facilities available but guest must absolutely consult with host before using machine. Excessive use without host consent may also incur extra charges.
