Less than 2 mins walk from local bus stops. The room is suitable for single occupancy. Long term or short-term stays considered. Ideally suited for: short work-related trips; Internship/language learning students, short breaks/holidays; international travelers No pets allowed. Payment of fees: Homestay will collect 25% deposit of the price of stay when you book. The BALANCE must be paid directly to me on arrival. Room(s): 1. Remove outdoor footwear on entering the house 3. Wash dirty dishes/utensils 4. Keep bedroom, bathroom and toilet clean and tidy 5. Place all rubbish in bins and recycle where possible 6. DO NOT remove items not belonging to you from accommodation 7. Switch off lights and other electrical equipment when not in use 8. Shut and lock bedroom windows before leaving the house 9. Report damage/breakages to host without delay 10. No music/noise between the hours of 11pm and 8am 11. The host will set the heating to come on twice a day - once in the morning and then in the evening 12. No overnight guests 13.
