With both feet on the ground (and even more), I am the proof that the future of living is not only found in space and science-fiction stories! </p> <p>I am a <b>bright and freshly renovated residence</b> founded in 1970 Nantes. I am located <b>15-minute away from Nantes city centre </b>and very (very) easy to reach by T1 tram. </p> <p>I am quite big: <b>315 sqm</b>, enough to accommodate the exciting lives of <b>11 joyous and happy tenants</b>. My plan for pleasing you? <b>Living room, kitchen, dining room but also a nice garden</b>. All in a modern atmosphere. </p> <p>And because you can share a rent but not your intimacy, I offer to each person <b>their own night private space with a studio and a bathroom </b>as a choice. </p> <p>Who can say better? !
