Si al final del contrato hay un excedente, la diferencia será pagada por el inquilino. Se aceptarán reservas de uno o dos meses solo en los meses de julio y agosto. Las reservas a partir de septiembre serán por un mínimo de 10 meses. En caso de hacer una reserva en julio o agosto por más de dos meses, solo se aceptaran aquellas que abarquen hasta junio de 2024.
