La propiedad, una casa de tres plantas, se compone de salón, cocina, cuatro dormitorios, cuatro baños y dos terrazas. La Casa tiene capacidad para 8 personas, las cuales podrán sentarse cómodamente en los sofás del salón. Sin embargo, en la cocina, no hay mesa de comedor con capacidad 8 personas, pues la mesa acoge confortablemente 4 comensales (aunque la capacidad real es hasta 6). Al entrar, nos encontramos un pequeño hall donde se ubica un cuarto la limpieza donde se sitúa la lavadora, plancha, tabla de planchar, etc. entre otros utensilios. A la derecha de la entrada, se sitúa uno de los dormitorios con dos camas individuales y baño completo con ducha en suite. A la izquierda de la entrada, se ubica otro dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y baño completo en suite. Un piso más arriba, se localiza la cocina, totalmente equipada con todo el menaje necesario y los otros dos dormitorios: ambos con dos camas individuales y baño completo en suite. Uno de estos dos dormitorios comparte un muro con el Alcázar, visible en las fotografías. Finalmente, en la planta superior se ubica el salón.
