Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50 percent of the booking total to us in advance of the booking ( in the first 24hours after booking )to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com)It's because of people don't show up after booking the room and even do not cancel it.
