We are living in a nice 3 storeys condominium, happy to welcome and share our spare private room. Our place is cozy, very clean and tidy, guests can relax on a big balcony. It has a gym downstairs that you can use anytime for free and a very comfortable free parking spot underground so no need to shovel snow, accessible to a 24/hr bus stop. We are offering a room for 1 persons or a couple that has an exclusive use of clean washroom. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet. Our place is near a big shopping mall, supermarkets, banks, post offices, fast eateries, train station, a short distance from subway station, schools such as York university Keele campus. We are just minutes from the BIGGEST national amusement park where you can enjoy whole-day highest crazy roller-coasters, Canada's largest outdoor wave pool, the Lazy River for floating, Water slides for all ages, Cliff jumping, restaurants and lots more entertainment attractions !!! Minimum stay 3 days, maximum 3 weeks but it can be arranged. Wifi network, heat, AC and laundry included. A complimentary light breakfast is provided by the owners. Room(s): 1.
