A 4-bedroom house with swimming pool close to York University and Vaughan Mills. I have 3 bedrooms available for rent. My husband and I lives in the house. We have 2 toy dogs which are very cute and friendly. Please note that I accept only bookings of minimum 5 nights stay. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom This room has double size bed and facing east with lots of sun in the morning. Through the window has the view of the street and front balcony which has a quick access. Please note that price is per person per night. Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom 3) with Shared bathroom This room has a queen size bed facing north and has view of the side of the house. Please note that price is per person per night and washroom is shared with another guest. Capacity: 1 Rates: 290.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Please use house slipper inside the house. Avoid clutter inside the room. Use the bedroom cabinet and drawers for clothes and other toiletries. Practice cleanliness at all times.
