Our house is located in a quiet residential area. We are a few blocks from 41st Ave with buses to UBC (25 min), to the Canada Line Oakridge station (15 min) and to downtown (35 min). We’re also a short walk way from Kerrisdale village, with shops and a community center. We have three rooms on the upper-floor, which share a bathroom on the same floor. All rooms have windows. • Bedroom is furnished (bed, desk, chair, lamps) • Linens and towels are provided • Large closet, extra storage of large items in basement or garage • Shared recreation room with seating area • Access to kitchen, family room, laundry (no extra cost) • High-speed WiFi included • All utilities (water, electricity, heat) included Our home is very comfortable. We share common areas, including the kitchen, but we also respect everyone's need for alone time. We have an extra recreation room for our homestay guests with comfortable seating and large table for homework or projects. We don't provide meals, but guests are welcome to use our kitchen during mealtimes. Our ideal guest is a female student, visitor or working professional. If you are looking for a quiet place to focus on your studies, or a relaxing home to enjoy your stay in Vancouver, this could be the home for you. We are an English speaking home and have been hosting homestay students for many years. In order to secure a booking, we ask for prepayment of the first two weeks of your stay.
