Hello, welcome to Vancouver! My home is in an ideal location, with great public transportation really close by. Buses are just a few minutes walk away with direct public transportation to UBC, Langara College, downtown schools and the airport. My home is warm and comfortable and in a good neighbourhood. The back garden is nice with a large deck and green space. We have 3 rooms available to share with long term students. Two rooms have queen beds, super comfortable and one room with a single bed, they all have a side table and a desk. I provide the towels and linens for the beds. You would be welcome to join us! Single Room (Room # 3, south facing/garden outlook) with Shared bathroom Comfortable bright south facing room on the upper floor. Furnished with a queen size bed, desk and good closet space. Perfect for a long term student of more than 90 days. Shared bathroom with one other housemate. Includes breakfast, laundry and wifi! Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Room #2) with Ensuite bathroom This single room is clean and bright. Good closet space and dresser drawers. Bathroom is shared with one other person. Breakfast, laundry and wifi are included. I provide towels and bed sheets. Very comfortable! Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 800.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep our house secure, always be sure to lock the doors when entering and leaving. Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you. Please keep noise to a minimum after midnight. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance. Always clean up after yourself and be respectful to all. We would like you to enjoy your stay with us and feel as comfortable as your own home.
