Hello, welcome to Vancouver! The location is ideal for new visitors. Just 15 minutes to downtown on the train. We live on a quiet, green street that's close to everything. Buses, trains and Oakridge mall are just a few minutes walk. Direct public transportation to UBC, Langara College, downtown schools and the airport. My home is bright, cheerful and our neighbourhood is clean and safe to walk at any time. The back garden is a park like setting, green, private and very relaxing. We have 2 rooms available to share with long term students. You would be welcome to join us! Longer term stays only, more than 90 days and full semesters are welcome! Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Room # 3, north facing/garden outlook) with Shared bathroom Comfortable, spacious east facing room, very quiet. On the main floor, bright with big windows. Furnished with a queen size bed, desk and great closet space. Perfect for a long term student of more than 90 days. Shared bathroom with one other housemate. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1275.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep our house secure, always be sure to lock the doors when entering and leaving. Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you. Please keep noise to a minimum after midnight. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance. Always clean up after yourself and be respectful to all.
