Bright and beautiful room

We are a fun family: Mom (me), Grandma (lives on lower floor) and Teenage daughter (top floor) and our cat. We have a spacious house with a furnished room on the top floor with a shared bathroom (double sinks) with the teenager. We also have a main floor furnished room with a shared bathroom. Both rooms have desks and chairs for studying. Located one block from the bus stop and a 7 min walk to Oakridge Canada Line station. We are all tennis players and love to walk in the neighbourhood. Shops and cafes are a 10-15 minutes walk away. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Top floor room) with Shared bathroom This is a large room with a lot of sunlight. The dresser has been replaced with a desk and chair. Plenty of closet space for clothes. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Main floor room) with Shared bathroom This room is on the main floor beside the kitchen. It has a single bed, desk with chair, closet and some drawers. There is also a window letting the sunshine through. Bathroom is next to the room but separated and is shared. Whiteboard for use too. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: Showers between 7:30am to 11:00pm. No guests Laundry once a week. Quiet would be appreciated. No rules as to when you arrive or leave the house, just be mindfully quiet.
