Cozy Room in a Centralized Location

Hello, thank you for your interest! We are a small family of 4 with two adorable small dogs. We’ve been hosting students since last year and we enjoy learning about their culture as well as teaching ours. I understand that it can be stressful being away from home, that’s why our goal is to help you ease in and be supportive as much as we can. Our home is located in a convenient location that gives you access to a single bus ride that takes you to downtown Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby and the Canada Line Langara station. It is also near Langara College, a couple high schools and multiple parks. The room features a double bed topped with a comfy duvet with a side table and a study table. It also comes with a TV that gives you access to Netflix (in progress). We will provide you with a light breakfast as well. Our home is your home. All we ask is for you to communicate and clean up after yourself. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: Please no smoking. Respect our home but also feel comfortable and make yourself at home. Leave your shoes inside by the door and use indoor slippers. You're more than welcome to play with them but please don't give the dogs any food. No overnight guests or strangers in the house. If you're going to bring a friend, let us know in advanced. Please clean up after yourself. You're welcome to play music in the room but please keep it at an appropriate volume.
