Your Warm, Friendly Home in Toronto

My home is a large, quiet, welcoming, and homey three-bedroom apartment in Toronto. I have two comfortable rooms — one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Each room is for one person and has a double bed and large wall-to-wall windows with lots of natural light. You will have unlimited Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and use of the kitchen, fridge, washer and dryer in the apartment. Meals are not included, so you are free to cook your own food. You can stay for as little as one week or for as long as you need. Getting around Toronto is easy. It is about 40 minutes by bus and subway to downtown Toronto and the Eaton Centre, or about 20 minutes by car. Major highways are about 5 minutes away. Right next door is a beautiful, peaceful ravine with a mostly paved, flat trail that follows the river. It’s a lovely place to walk, relax, enjoy nature, and watch the many birds and other wildlife along the way. Although you are still in Toronto, the trees, river, and sounds of nature can make you forget for a while that you are in the middle of a busy city! Room(s): 1. Single Room (1st. Floor) with Shared bathroom Cozy, bright first-floor room for one person, with a large picture window, double bed, dresser, desk and chair. Includes Wi-Fi, fresh linens and a device charger. A shared two-piece guest bathroom is conveniently located next to your room. Capacity: 1 Rates: 275.00 Weekly / 1150.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (2nd Floor Bedroom with TV) with Shared bathroom Large, bright second-floor room for one person with a double bed, large closet, desk and chair, bedside table, and TV. Includes Wi-Fi, fresh linens, and a device charger—a comfortable, private space to relax, study, and feel at home. Capacity: 1 Rates: 275.00 Weekly / 1150.00 Monthly House Rules: To make your stay easy and comfortable, payment is due in full either before or upon arrival. If your plans change, please let me know as soon as possible so I can offer the room to another guest. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable. When you arrive, I ask for a $75 refundable damage deposit. This will be returned at the end of your stay, provided there are no damaged, broken or missing items. I am a non-smoker, and smoking is not permitted inside my home or the building. If you smoke, you are welcome to do so outdoors, at least 15 metres away from the building entrances, in accordance with local smoking rules. I want you to feel relaxed and at home while you are here. I simply ask that you respect the private bedrooms and personal spaces of others. You’ll find a folder on the table with a few simple house guidelines and helpful information about the apartment. Please take a few minutes to read it when you arrive.
