My home is a large three-bedroom apartment, very quiet and welcoming... I have two large rooms available, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor, in a very quiet, clean building... One person per room. Both rooms have large, wall-to-wall windows, each with a double bed... Unlimited WIFI... Central air... I am located 40 minutes, by TTC bus and subway, to downtown Toronto and the Eaton Centre... It's a 20 minute drive by car... 10 minutes to major highways. Use of Private Washer and Dryer in the apartment, kitchen, fridge... Your homestay can be as short as one week, or as long as you need, and does not include meals... Two-piece washroom next door to room. Capacity: 1 Rates: 325.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (2nd Floor Bedroom with TV) with Shared bathroom This room is a large bright room on the second floor, with a double bed (one person only), a big closet, desk and chair, bedside table, television and comes with WIFI, mobile/tablet charger, and linen. Capacity: 1 Rates: 275.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: One quick shower a day... No smoking inside the home... No visitors allowed unless agreed with beforehand...
