Upper- Beach Please!!!!!!!

We are a young couple that owns a beautiful home in the Upper-Beach and love to welcome temporary guests. Our home is close to the TTC, GO Train, local Cafes, craft brewery's and the iconic Woodbine Beach. The guest room comes furnished with a queen bed, desk with lamp and chair, private 4-pc bath, easy access to laundry and free wifi. Parking is available upon request for an additional fee. The home is characteristic for the area; ~100 years old, with loads of charm and some quirks. Room(s): 1. Double Room (The Guest Room ) with Private bathroom Second floor bedroom featuring queen bed, desk, closet, lamp, bright window with blinds letting in great natural light. Shared bathroom with owners available as needed on the same floor. Newly renovated private bathroom access available in the basement. Capacity: 2 Rates: 650.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: 1. Homeowners work from home 9-5 Mon-Fri, must be quiet during these hours. Outside these hours homeowners enjoy playing music and hosting friends. 2. No pets 3. No guests 4. No drugs 5. Guest must keep room and all other common areas of the home that they frequent clean and orderly (additional fees will be applied if additional cleaning is required). 6. Damage deposit of $100 required upfront and to be returned on last day of stay upon inspection of room. Any damage to the room or other areas of the home and the damage deposit will not be refunded. 7. Guests are not permitted to change the home thermostat. 8. Guests must ensure both front and back doors are locked at all times for the safety of our dog. 9. Check-In: 3 pm onwards 10.
