A bright & cozy spot for couples, solo adventurers & gurus. This is 1 of 3 Private Rooms available in my live/work space: this room sleeps 2-4 with kitchenette access only. (Note: low ceiling 5foot-2inches in the bedroom) Close to Junction, Stockyards. North of Direct Energy Center, Canada Place & Festival Grounds. NO Minors This is my Home so SHOES OFF AT THE DOOR Laundry is available for $10 a load, washed and dried not folded. Must drop off before 11am. Parking is FREE STREET PARKING along Davenport Rd. Room(s): 1. Family Room (Garden Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 6 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Cottage Room) with Shared bathroom Our secret cottage room. With a Queen bed. Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: No snooping in other rooms or off-limit areas No additional guests are onsite; they are registered guests only. Curfew: 3 am (not in and outs between 3am and 630am) Quiet time: 11pm - 8am ( stick to your rooms and try not to disturb other guests) For Parrot Health : All smoking, vaping, arosals, candles, incents, or anything that burns is not to be used onsite. Your welcome to smoka and put your hairspray on outside.
