Room for Rent

My residence is a condo unit with 2 bedroom. I have 1 spare room share with 2 single bed but it is possible to have 1 bed if you don't want a roommate. I will accept a female only. No food included but you can use the kitchen. I live in scarborough area close to 401 in kennedy road. bus stop 1 minute walk from the house. Train station going kennedy station just about 10 to 15 minutes by bus. LRT station mcCowan Station is just 10 minutes. Scarborough Town Center Mall 10 minutes by bus. My place is very accessible for everything like shopping mall, restaurant, grocery store and gas station, clinics, coffee shops, etc. Room(s): 1. Single Room (1 Room ) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 850.00 Monthly House Rules: No visitor allowed No pets allowed No smoking vape, drugs, e- ceg ,or candles. No curfew ( always bring your key and tell or msg. you host come home late) Observed quiet time starting 10pm. This is quiet time to all. Keep your noise minimum. Turn off & air condition, laptops when you leave the house. Always lock the main door when you go out and back home.
