Newly built, Nordic-style with modern amenities (even smart toilets) with huge private fenced in sundeck. Quiet Italian neighborhood with easy transportations with lots of cafes, restaurants, gym, theatres all walking distance. Cleaning and parking fees are not included in your stay price. Parking is limited to only 1 spot, and it is $50 per stay. Clean up after each use of any common area, especially kitchen, all dishes used must be washed immediately after use, oven or dining area must be cleared and cleaned for other guests enjoyment No guests allowed inside house, you can have visitors outside in the sundeck area before 10pm No noise or loud calls in common areas like living room or dining area. Use respectable language, loud screaming between guests are not tolerated, WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE!! Keep your personal belongings inside your bedroom (kitchen sundries or food must be stored properly in the kitchen or pantry, please organize your items properly) DO NOT come in making noise after 10pm (quiet time for all members of household) 50% Accommodation fees for stay and $100 professional cleaning fee must be prepaid upon booking and the balance can be paid fully the day before arrival.
