Hello we are a family of 4 myself Heber my wonderful and beautiful wife Wendy. Our 2 University boys Matthew at UofT and Ethan at York U. Also our very friendly Dog Hunter. He is an 11 yrd Aussiedoddle. Our house is in a wonderful neighborhood close to transit and lots of shops. We recently renovated completely. Washroom is upstairs. Guests are welcomed to use the kitchen upstairs and the backyard. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Spacious bsmt room with TV NETFLIX PRIME and DISNEY APPS.) with Shared bathroom Large room with a double bed. Lots of storage closet, dresser and nightstand. Also TV with NETFLIX, PRIME and DISNEY +. Little fridge and microwave and a high desk. High-speed internet Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: No sleep over guest.
