We are sharing our friendly home with you, we are a family of five. We enjoy free time together with our guests. Mom - Patricia (hair stylist, artist) Dad - Luis business owner (fish market) Oriana 20 - (art student at OCAD Univerity) Victoria 19 - (Political Science Student at York University) Miguel. 16 - (high school student) Our pet Loky is a year old cat, very quiet and friendly with everyone ! We enjoy cooking together, watching movies, Cycling, and road trips! Room(s): 1. Single Room (First Room) with Private bathroom This is a comfortable room in front of a bathroom, and has a closet, desk, and a night table. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Blue Badroom) with Ensuite bathroom Single Bedroom in front of the Shared Bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: 1-Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. 2-Smoking is not allowed indoors. 3-Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. 4-No pets are allowed in the house. 5-Please, do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. 6-Please keep quiet after 10:30 pm. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
