This cozy room is in a semi detached home located in New Toronto. We are located a few blocks from the lake and easy access to transportation that will take you to downtown Toronto. Many shops on Lakeshore for all your needs, a step away from the house. We are also 15 mins walking distance to Humber College south campus. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Think Outside the Box by Humber College South) with Shared bathroom Think Outside the Box is a cozy bright room located on the 2nd floor, with access to a shared bathroom with only one other guest. Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Dream Big by Humber College South) with Shared bathroom Dream Big is a cozy bright room with lots of space and a lovely big window. The room is located on the 2nd floor and has access to a shared bathroom with only one other guest. Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep your room clean at all times. Please DO NOT wear outside shoes in side the house. Please NO Smoking or Drugs in your room or house. Please DO NOT help yourself to anything in the refrigerator or cupboards unless it is your own food our drinks. If you must eat in your room please DO NOT leave unfinished food or dirty plates in your room for a long period of time. NO cooking of food that exert strong aromas. Example: turmeric, coriander, cumin etc. We allow only simple cooking. Please dispose of all unwanted food in the organic bin(little beige container). Recyclables in the blue plastic bag and everything else can go in the garbage. NO sleepovers allowed please. To avoid accidents NO burning of candles in your room. If you must rearrange the furniture in your room please ask for assistance. Please close all lights when not in use. Please DO NOT open the window in your room when the Air Conditioning/Heating is on. Please limit your showers to once a day. Keep the shower curtain inside the bathtub at all time. Please always keep your bathroom clean and tidy after each use. This is your washroom which you and your roommate will be sharing. Please DO NOT leave bathroom floor wet. NO excessive noise past 11pm, Face Time or talking on the phone at all time of the night on week days (please be considerate of your roommate’s quite time) NO hand washing of clothes in washroom sink allowed at all. NO hang drying of clothes in your room/windows, you can hang dry clothes in the laundry room down stairs if needed. If you barrowed our things(with our permission) please return them back to its original place every time. When you're done your stay with us, please bring or dispose of all your food and things you no longer want. Please do not leave anything behind. Damaging are breaking anything in our home will be replaced at your own cost. If you do not understand these rules or do not know how to use something in our home please ask, to avoid damaging something. Thank you for following the house rules!
