We live in Bathurst Manor close to the Wilson and Downsview-Sheppard West subway stations and steps away from the TTC bus stops. We are a young family of 4 that includes my husband, toddler son, baby girl and our Labradoodle dog, Finn. We have a spacious home with a warm, friendly atmosphere and are always happy to help and host. We are close to Yorkdale Shopping Centre and close to great surroundings that will keep you entertained and active. Our home will provide you with the privacy you need to enjoy your stay and still enjoy. We love hosting everyone but do want to emphasize that we expect all guests to practice proper hygiene (shower, deodorant, etc) during their stay. In addition to your room, you will have access to a separate entrance, washroom and access to a kitchenette (small fridge, toaster oven, microwave, kettle, sink). Should you need anything to be more comfortable, let us know. Please note that we require at least 48 hours for a booking. ***Once a booking is confirmed, payment via paypal or cash will only be accepted unless otherwise agreed upon. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1. ) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 310.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: We ask you clean up after yourself and keep your things tidy. We also kindly ask that guests practice proper hygiene and care (deodorant, showering, etc). On the day that you are checking out/leaving, please remove bedsheets so we can wash them and clean up. On the day of check out/leaving, please try to be out by 11am ET because we will need to have the room cleaned before someone else arrives.
