If agreed, this payment can be split in two parts, with 50% (One month's rent) paid at the time of the booking, and the rest (50%) to be paid on the move-in date together with the first month's pay. The following payment methods will be acceptable: e-transfer (preferred), or Paypal. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 70 days’ notice for any cancellation. A small administration fee of $50 will be retained if you cancel 70 days before your move-in date. Any cancellation later than this will NOT be refunded. HOMESTAY RULES: > No smoking of any kind (tobacco or marijuana) or vaping > You will be responsible for cleaning your room and washroom, and for sharing cleaning of the common areas of the house with other tenant(s) and/or the owner > This is a quiet household.
