For International students Only

We are offering our two spare bedrooms for short international students' homestay. Our house is about a 3-minute walk to a TTC bus stop at Sheppard and a 5-minute walk to a Weston Rd bus stop. We are about 5-8 kilometers from York University Keele campus, the University of Guelph-Humber, and Humber College. Yorkdale Mall, Yorkgate Mall, Sheridan Mall, and Downsview Station. We are in a new neighborhood near the 401 and 400 highways, about 15 minutes to the airport, Tim Horton's, and a small plaza at the corner. Wendy's, Starbucks, Osmos, Sunset Grill, Mary Browns, a doctor and dental clinic, a pharmacy, and other stores are in the plaza Joseph Bannon Park is nearby. My adult son and another guest will share the washroom with you. These rooms will be on the upper floor with two other bedrooms. We will not provide meals. One of my family members is very sensitive to smells, so frequent cooking with many spices will not work for us. We are a Christian family. We do not smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs. For both of our safety, doors must be locked when you leave the house, and lights and appliances must be turned off when not in use. 2. No additional guests, no smoking, no drugs, no drinking alcohol, and no pork, shellfish, or fish without scales, allowed on the premises. 3. Occasional use of kitchen only, use of microwave, toaster. No cooking. One of my family members is very sensitive to smells. Food with many spices will not work with us. 4. Outdoor footwear is left at the bottom of the stairs. 5. The room must be kept clean by occupants. 6. Once a week laundry is included in the fee any day except on Friday after sundown to Saturday before sundown. 7. Quiet time at 11:50 pm 8. Check in after 3 pm and check out by 11 am. 9. Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room - Bank details will be provided after confirming the booking online. 10. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation.
