However, our policy currently allows only one registered tenant per lease to ensure a smooth and organized community. If you’d like to extend your stay, this may be possible depending on room availability. If you’re considering shortening your stay, please keep in mind that leases are legally binding for the full term. That said, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. For the application, we kindly ask for a copy of your valid ID along with supporting documents: a job letter if you are employed, or a student acceptance letter if you are currently studying. Once it’s signed and the initial payment is completed, your reservation is officially confirmed. We’re happy to let you know that your security deposit will be refunded via e-transfer or another flexible payment method of your choice.
