Yes, you’ll definitely have your own privacy at 500 Wilson Ave. Each resident has their own private, secure space, and we make sure everyone feels comfortable and respected. Common areas are shared, but your room is exclusively yours.
Yes! We’ve provided a comfortable table and desk setup where you can easily work or study. The space is designed to be bright, cozy, and functional—perfect for productivity and focus.

For the application, we kindly ask for a copy of your valid ID along with supporting documents: a job letter if you are employed, or a student acceptance letter if you are currently studying. This helps us process your application smoothly and efficiently.

Yes, we send a lease contract to secure the booking. Once it’s signed and the initial payment is completed, your reservation is officially confirmed.
We’re happy to let you know that your security deposit will be refunded via e-transfer or another flexible payment method of your choice. The refund will be processed within 3 business days after your departure. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
