The space is designed to be bright, cozy, and functional—perfect for productivity and focus. We love that you're considering sharing a space! However, our policy currently allows only one registered tenant per lease to ensure a smooth and organized community. If you’d like to extend your stay, this may be possible depending on room availability. Please let us know at least 30–60 days before your lease ends, and we’ll gladly check availability and arrange the necessary updates for you. If you’re considering shortening your stay, please keep in mind that leases are legally binding for the full term. That said, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. Specific conditions may apply, so we encourage you to reach out to us in writing as early as possible. Our goal is to support you and find the best possible solution together. For the application, we kindly ask for a copy of your valid ID along with supporting documents: a job letter if you are employed, or a student acceptance letter if you are currently studying. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate whether you’d like to extend your stay or shorten it. Yes, we send a lease contract to secure the booking. Once it’s signed and the initial payment is completed, your reservation is officially confirmed. We’re happy to let you know that your security deposit will be refunded via e-transfer or another flexible payment method of your choice.
