Few minute walk to plaza and bus stop across our place. We like meeting and welcoming people and learning about their culture, food and travel experiences etc. Room(s): 1. Single Room (1 private room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 850.00 Monthly House Rules: House Rules Maintain the cleanliness of the room, bathroom and kitchen after use. Guests are not allowed unless you have permission. Open communication is very important to avoid misunderstanding. Cancellations for advance bookings: Guests who wants to cancel reservations, must notify host, 3-4 weeks before arrival, to be able to accept new guest. ***Remaining balance must be paid upon arrival*** Check-in should be at between 8:00 - 6:00 p.m. or inform the host if it won't be possible.
