Welcome to our off campus housing catering to International Chinese Students. Our large spacious home in the beautiful and friendly Scarborough neighborhood that is adjacent to the city of Toronto. Transit is easily accessible so you can easily make your way to any part of the city. We are minutes away from the University of Toronto (Scarborough campus), and Centennial College. Living off-campus comes with a newfound sense of independence, but it also brings additional responsibilities. You'll need to manage your time effectively to balance academic commitments, household chores, and social activities. We offer a safe and independent living environment for all our guests. We have five large private bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. Our kitchen is large, open and inviting for you to create nutritious meals. We are a retired couple and live in a separate part of the house to ensure you have full privacy and independence. Free parking is available. We are located near Warden Subway Station so travelling with the Metro (TTC) is convenient. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores are within walking distance. No Meals. Room(s): 1.
