Triple Room (Unit 2 Comfy private one bedroom suite w/kitchen and bathroom) with Private bathroom Beautiful one bedroom suite located centrally in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Capacity: 3 Rates: 600.00 Weekly / 2200.00 Monthly 3. Family Room (Unit 1 Two Double beds, full kitchen and bathroom no sharing) with Private bathroom Lovely bright private space sleeps one, a couple or 2 couples or a couple and 2 plus kids. Large private kitchen/living area with island and private bathroom. Kitchen has everything you will need from stove, fridge, to Keurig, coffee and tea. Capacity: 4 Rates: 650.00 Weekly / 2200.00 Monthly House Rules: Thank you for following the rules in my home. If you have a car please let us know so that we can give you information about parking and also adjust cost to include your car. Please remember that there are others in the home and to be mindful of noise when coming in-and-out especially late and early.. Units 1 and 2 are entirely self contained with no sharing and each are equipped with own bathroom with shower and Unit 3 has exclusive use kitchen and bathroom no sharing. Unit 1 is a unit that can sleep 4 comfortably with 2 double beds. Therefore, there is different pricing for this unit. Essentially the pricing is 20$ extra per night for each person over 2 people. This same pricing applies to Unit 2 also where guests pay additional $20 for persons over 2. PAYMENT TERMS Guests pay 50% on booking and the other 50% day of arrival in order to receive the codes to get in. CANCELLATION: Refund of the 50% if cancellation is made with at least 7 days before the check in, no refund in any other case. Host will supply how to make payment once booked. Kindly be sure to follow this rule in order to receive your codes and access in a timely manner. There is a cleaning fee of $75 for Units 1 and 2 and $55 for Unit 3. Laundry is $3 per load. Pets are $5.00 per day with a cap of $30 per stay for unit 1 and 2. Unit 3 is too small for pets. No parties or large get togethers. Quiet time is 11pm to 8am.
