I enjoy travelling, learning new languages and meeting people from different countries. I also live 2 blocks from Green Timbers park, which is a beautiful park with a lake. My apartment is 1 block from Guildford mall, Walmart and Guildford movie theatre and 2 blocks from T & T market. I am also close to transportation and the Skytrain. My apartment is available for both short term and long-term stays. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 224.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: I am easy going but ask that guests reduce noise after 11pm on weekdays (12am on weekends). My apartment has a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dryer which you are welcome to use. I own a car and I'm happy to assist you with transportation if I am available.
