Friendly family home satay,We are 5 members in the House Husband and wife and 3 kids 18,16 and 12 years of age ,1 boy 2 girls Room(s): 1. Single Room (Loft Room) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Respect & Cleanliness • Keep your room and shared areas clean and tidy • Clean up after using the kitchen and bathroom 2. Quiet Hours • Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Keep noise low, especially at night No overnight guests unless approved in advance • Day visitors must be respectful and limited 4. Kitchen Use • Kitchen use allowed during agreed hours • Label personal food and do not use others’ items 5. Smoking / Alcohol • No smoking inside the home • Alcohol only if allowed by house rules and local laws 6. Safety • Lock doors and windows when leaving • Do not share house keys or access codes 7. Utilities & Internet • Use water, electricity, and Wi-Fi responsibly • No illegal downloads or activities 8. Laundry • Laundry available on scheduled days/times only 9. Move-In / Move-Out • Follow agreed check-in and check-out times • Give notice as required before moving out 10.
