Our home is located in Surrey, 30 minutes away from the train station & bus accessible. We are a family of three and we would like to welcome you in our home. We would support you in any way possible to make your stay comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. We are very excited to meet you! Our spare room has a queen bed. Our bath has a tub/shower combo. We have a spin bike that you can use and a backyard where you can relax. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest room ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 700.00 Monthly House Rules: *Cleaning responsibility: own room, and Bathroom after use, *Laundry responsibility: weekly for clothes, every two weeks for bedding. (detergent provided) *Cooking restriction: access to kitchen? Yes Microwave? Fridge? Yes *Curfew 10 pm but if goes beyond this time, just inform us pls *Noise: time to shut off TV, Video games? 10 pm *no smoking Amenities: Bikes for use, Garden Local Amenities: Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
