I'm looking for a tenant

I have 2 room actually available. But I want only 1 room to rent. The other room will be a guest room if my Mother in law spend her weekends to us. I have bachelor basements with kitchen and bathroom. But somebody are renting as of now. A couple with teenager son. Actually they are my Friend and we are going to the same church. About us, I can say we are nice people. We are only couple no kids. I have been having 6 students staying with us. The last one just moved out in June 4. So the room is ready for a new students. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Upper level) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 850.00 Monthly House Rules: Once a week laundry during evening or weekends. Maintain the cleanliness of the room. No smoking and alcohol inside the house.
