North Vancouver near Downtown

We are a family of two non-coupled adults, two teens that are here half time, and two large dogs. We are looking for someone that is collaborative, caring and prefer someone that would like to become a part of our wonderfully quirky chosen family. Finding the right fit is a priority over dates and $. #1: 52 y/o mother working partially from home (mental health). Bilingual (Swedish/ English). Hobbies include playing pickleball, choir, dance, camping, kayaking. #2: 30 y/o emerging media & podcasting professional. Bilingual (Spanish/ English). Hobbies include dance, gym, networking, DIY wood work. #3: Two high school teenagers (14 and 16 y/o), here half-time, hobbies include soccer, band, TV shows, board/ video games. Two large dogs (Bernese/Collie and Boxer/Retriever). (One of our dogs can be reactive to other pets, so if you have one we would have to assess fit!) We mostly eat home-cooked meals, and take turns doing the daily chores. We prefer someone who would enjoy sharing this lifestyle. Possibility to extend beyond first year if we all enjoy the arrangement. Single Room (Main Floor Bedroom) with Shared bathroom This room is on the main floor, facing west towards the back yard. It has beautiful hardwood floors. There is space for hanging and storing clothes, but no full closet. It also has a couple of dressers, a desk, and a bookshelf. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1150.00 Monthly House Rules: OUR HOME ? Please no guests or overnight houseguests without permission. No parties, especially when we are not home. ? No partying, smoking or drugs. Moderate social drinking with meals is OK.
