Welcome to my home in Lower Lonsdale—a quiet retreat with stunning city views, just a short walk from Lonsdale Quay, the Shipyards, and charming cafés. Your private bedroom is cozy and functional, complete with a desk for work or study. You'll have access to a semi-private bathroom, along with extra storage space for your suitcases. This spacious, upper-floor duplex features an open-concept living area and a deck perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for one load maximum per week. As for me, I’m a professional life coach who works from home so I request guests to be out of the home between 10 am and 5 pm enjoying Vancouver's vibrant lifestyle, from its scenic hiking trails to its peaceful community atmosphere. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the suite or on the premises. Guests can use the fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and electric kettle, and dishes are available for guest use.
