Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home. Since our beds are twin size each person will need their own reservation. You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. You'll share common spaces with a diverse group of travelers, including backpackers, tourists, students, and business travelers from around the world. Our guests are typically friendly, open-minded, and eager to meet new people and share experiences. For the application, you'll need to supply a government-issued ID and a deposit for lost keys and extra amenities. We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful coliving space with other exciting people. You are allowed to move in earlier if the bed is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip. Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions. As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no. We do not accept pets. By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious: 1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and 2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and will not be allowed. ADA Info: https://adata.org/guide/service-animals-and-emotional-support-animals Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
