Large Rooms in an ideal location

Our house is located in South Mississauga, a very established area with beautiful parks and walking trails. We have many shopping centers near by including Sherway Mall, Square One Mall and Dixie Mall. In addition, you would be able to jump on the highway for less than 10 minutes and be in downtown Toronto, where you would have unlimited options for things to do. The two bedrooms available are located on the 2nd floor of the house that was newly renovated in 2019. There is a brand new bathroom between the two bedrooms that has heated floors, heated towel rack, and massive shower. Guests would have this bathroom to themselves. Both bedrooms are large and have great natural light. Our house has a very large backyard with includes a garden, a sectional sitting area and dinning area. There are mature trees in the backyard for great shade coverage. My 5 year old son and I live in the house. We also have three amazing dogs that are part of our family (Reggie, Timone and Lacie). All three dogs are super friendly and love to have visitors. My son is very interested in being active, he is a typical sporty boy who loves to play, jump and climb. He just started school this year and is enjoying his experience thus far. We speak English in the house, as that is the only language we both are fluent with. Room(s): 1. Double Room (South Bedroom) with Private bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1150.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (North Bedroom) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 240.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly House Rules: -Guests will be expected to clean up after they use the kitchen area and leave it as it was when they arrived. -Guests will be expected to be respectful to our dogs and my son at all times. -Guests will be expected to keep quiet after 7:30pm as my son goes to bed at that time. -Guests will be expected to keep their rooms and bathroom in a clean state at all times. -Guest will be allowed to use laundry machines if needed (during off peak times) -Guests will need to pay cash on arrival.
