We are a semi-retired couple offering a furnished bedroom in our quiet and well-maintained home. We enjoy hosting international students and visiting professionals and providing a safe, respectful, and comfortable living environment. Minimum stay of 30 nights applies. This rooms come with a single bed, a desk, and a closet. The private bathroom has a large shower. Our home is located in a safe residential neighborhood with convenient access to public transportation, grocery stores, and parks. Markville Mall, York University Markham Campus, and Stouffville Hospital are all approximately a 10-minute drive away. A bus stop is located directly behind the house. Room(s): 1.
