We are a semi-retired couple offering a spacious ensuite bedroom in our quiet and well-maintained home. We enjoy hosting international students and visiting professionals and providing a safe, respectful, and comfortable living environment. Minimum stay of 30 nights applies. The ensuite room has a total area of approximately 346 sq. ft., offering generous space for long-term comfort. It is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, a desk, storage drawers, and a walk-in closet. The private ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub and a separate shower. A large window facing the backyard provides excellent natural light and a pleasant view. Our home is located in a safe residential neighborhood with convenient access to public transportation, grocery stores, and parks. Markville Mall, York University Markham Campus, and Stouffville Hospital are all approximately a 10-minute drive away. A bus stop is located directly behind the house. We welcome long-term stays and are best suited for guests aged 16 and above, including students, visiting teachers, and professionals seeking a quiet and supportive home environment. Room(s): 1.
