Furnished bedroom in large clean quiet family home with laundry room use available. In a safe neighbourhood with access to all public transit directly in front of our home. We have enjoyed sharing our home for many years with independent respectful students and working adults of all ages. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom One) with Shared bathroom The bathroom may be shared with another guest if the second room is also rented at that time (this rarely occurs). Family members do NOT use your bathroom. Capacity: 1 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 800.00 Monthly House Rules: This is a respectful, quiet, friendly home which provides a safe and secure environment for those who live here, therefore only approved renters have access. We are helpful if requested but honour the independence and privacy of those who reside here. Zero drug use or smoking on property.
