A separate entrance, patio, kitchen and laundry. Central heating & Air conditioning. Price includes wifi and utilities for basement suite. No mealplan. We are welcoming to people from all backgrounds! 1500CAD/month 1 person or 1800CAD for 2 persons for Room1 or Room 2 (does not include meals) +750/900 Damage Deposit Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Private bathroom This room is a king size bed for 1-2 persons. It on the ground floor with window. A big size desk is provided. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly 2. Family Room (Room 2) with Ensuite bathroom This suite includes two bedrooms or one bed+ den. One double bed, one queen size bed and two desks are provided. Insuite washroom includes a showeroom. Capacity: 4 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: No overnight guests. No shoes in the house. Noise to be kept to a minimum, and no loud noise after 11pm. You are responsible for cleaning up your personal space. Cleaning up public area after use. No drugs (alcohol is ok) Damage Deposit is required.
