Students and short term rent

We are a friendly family of 4 with 2 lovely children. We enjoyed meeting students and short term rent. We have 2 lovely guinea pigs. Our home have 2 floors, we are living upstair while main floor is for students and short term rent. There is bathroom and laundry at the main floor. Also a kitchen with sink and microwave. The area is very convenient. Walking distance for groceries and bus stop. There are school close by as well. Cariboo high school, Byrne creek high school, Douglas College, Burnaby central Secondary school. Room(s): 1.
