Welcome to our home! This is an ESL Teacher’s Homestay. We love to host visitors and international students for short term or long term. We’ve 2 bedrooms in the main. 2 single rooms Shared 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Female home. This is a 10 years old house. Fairly new. Great neighborhood. Very rich with trees. Warm, safe and convenient area. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We can do groceries together once a week. Metrotown mall and station is a 5 minute-drive from here. Shared bathroom and kitchen. furnished. The kitchen has what you’ll need for cooking and dining. Beautiful and safe neighbourhood. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 4. Single Room (White Room has a separate entrance ) with Shared bathroom Single bedroom. Shared with another person, bathroom and kitchen. This room faces the south. Beautiful and safe neighbourhood. Welcome Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: Make yourselves at home. Clean and safe living environment for the mind, body and soul. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Encourage open communication and clean up after oneself. Love to do activities together as a family. Support and encourage each other. No loud party, smoking, or drugs. No guests overnight. We’ll require your credit card information as a security deposit to reserve your reservation for you. Or you can choose to pay $450 as your deposit via PayPal. Full payment is collected at check in.
