Spacious Bright and Cozy Suite

Welcome to your new homestay! My home is beautiful and spacious and I love cooking for others. There is a separate space available which is warm and cozy. It includes a private bedroom with private kitchen and private full bathroom only shared with another student. The suite is newly renovated. It includes your own (not shared with host) brand new top of the line laundry machine including complimentary laundry detergent. I have hosted international students for over 20 years. I welcome professional/executive students who are independent and want privacy in in their own space with a private entrance. I have the highest speed Internet available through Telus Pure Fiber WiFi. I have a security monitoring system. My rooms have radiant floor heating. Separate private entrance. The suite has a living room, dining area, and full kitchen. There is a nice patio area and separate entrance. I live upstairs and the space is located on the main floor. The neighborhood is perfectly located within 15 minutes walking distance to the SkyTrain which connects to central downtown in 15 to 20 minutes depending on which stop along the SkyTrain line. Grocery, liquor and other stores are 3 blocks away & 5 minutes walking distance. I provide meals on occasion when our schedules are accommodating. I host special dinners for holidays. We have pizza nights on occasion and we also do BBQs in the summer. We go out for social events or if students prefer to be private, that's okay as well. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom 3) with Shared bathroom Brand new renovated bright & cosy bedroom and a desk with a chair. Brand new wall mounted 55 inch "Frame" TV including Netflix, & other streaming apps & art displays. New carpet, new paint & new furniture with premium bedding. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1350.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom 1) with Shared bathroom This room is newly carpeted, bright with lots of natural light from windows, facing garden views. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1450.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom This room has a Queen sized bed, bright window and a beautiful dresser with lots of drawers as well as a closet. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1350.00 Monthly 4. Single Room (Bedroom 4) with Shared bathroom This room has a large new queen bed south facing with large windows and lots of natural light. Beautiful garden view. Room is located in a separate suite and sharing the separate bathroom and kitchen with only 1 other student. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: Please respect my home as your own. Please keep your space clean and tidy. No smoking or shoes in the house; meals are enjoyed in the dining area; and kindly ask before inviting any guests over. Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 100% of the booking total to me in advance of the booking to hold my room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) Payment can be made through e-transfer or PayPal. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 30 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
