Hello, welcome to our house in Vancouver! We offer a large bright modern bedroom with independent entrance and private bathroom on the ground level, furnished with desk, double bed, large closet, use of laundry room and includes high speed wireless internet. Our house is located in a quiet , safe, very convenient and high-level neighbourhood, walking distance to skytrain station, bus stop is right out front of the house, minutes to Simon Fraser University (SFU), Port Moody Secondary School, and Lougheed shopping center. We provide three meals a day. No Smoke, No Drug, and No Pet. I have met so many amazing, adventurous people from all over the world, I know that I will continue to meet and look forward to many more.
