Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1350.00 Monthly House Rules: Homestay Rules: • Be respectful of family members and other guests. • Keep your room and shared spaces tidy. • No smoking, vaping, or drugs inside the house. • Quiet hours after 10:00 PM to maintain a peaceful home. • Please inform us if you’ll be home late or away overnight. • Light cooking is allowed with permission; please clean up after use. • Guests must be approved in advance. • Meals and laundry schedules will be discussed upon arrival. We aim to create a positive, comfortable, and caring environment where students can study, rest, and feel truly at home.
