Welcome to our home in Toronto! We’re excited to host international students, newcomers, or professionals looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay. We’ve recently renovated our basement into three cozy private rooms, each with a bed, desk, and storage. Guests share a clean bathroom and a bright living area with fridge, microwave & electric kettle. WiFi and utilities are included. For those who’d like a more home-style experience, we also offer 3 daily home-cooked meals as an optional add-on for an additional charge. Our home is located in a safe, convenient neighborhood with easy transit connections. Single Room (Room 3) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: Respectful Environment – Please be considerate of others in the home and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings. Shared Spaces – Clean up after yourself in common areas (bathroom, living space, and kitchen facilities provided). Meals – If you’ve selected a meal plan, please notify us if you’ll be away. Light snacks/microwaveable meals are fine, but full cooking is not available in guest areas. Visitors – Friends are welcome in common areas with prior notice, but overnight guests are not permitted. Safety – This is a smoke-free and drug-free home. Alcohol in moderation is allowed for adults of legal age. Security – Please lock the doors when entering or leaving the home. Respect for Property – Treat the house and furnishings with care. Any damages should be reported immediately.
