Welcome to my friendly home in Brampton area (Sandalwood & Mississauga rd). This 2 bedroom condo is newly developed since February 2018. Guest will have their own room and bathroom. Access to the kitchen area and laundry. Advanced payment is required and can be done via e-mail money transfer. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Bedroom 1 ) with Private bathroom This room has a Queen sized comfortable bed and a television is located inside the room with Netflix (no cable). This room has bedroom room lock on the door. The room comes with a private bathroom which is located in the hallway. Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 850.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Master Bedroom ) with Private bathroom Beautiful master bedroom queen size bed with ensuite bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Respect my house as if you would respect your own. No shoes throughout the house, no smoking inside the house and no drugs. If you require parking please let me know please park at the back of the condo. The entrance to the condo can be accessed along Veterans drive so if you park in the parking lot and walk around the condo then you will see the unit you access the building from the outside it's on the ground floor. Door lock- To access the door lock please swipe your full palm on the screen (if only two numbers come on the screen then press on them until you see all the numbers come up then type in your passcode provided to you. If the full set of numbers come up on the screen then just type in your passcode, when leaving the unit please close the door behind you and press the lock picture on the door lock screen Please feel free to store your food items in the fridge and cupboard the dishes in the kitchen can be used by guest There is unlimited internet usage the password should be in your booking please use internet (Adria) Wifi can be used for your personal use, WhatsApp and WiFi calling Netflix- To access Netflix please turn the TV on in the room wait a few seconds for the TV to pick up the internet then press the smart hub button this will bring you to Netflix or You tube Dishes- dirty dishes can be left in the dishwasher once full the cycle can be started Amenities: Patio, Internet Access, Smoke Alarm, Laundry, Parking Local Amenities: Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
