Hi, I'm Sally & I have a spare room available in my unit, for Homestay in Wollongong, right near the Hospital. Is walking distance from UOW, the Beach, the Shops, the Hospital. Secure building that overlooks trees & a mountain, is 1 floor up above ground level, with internal laundry & bathroom. I have a furry indoor cat called Pepper & it would just be me you'd be staying with at my unit. I can provide secure wifi, occasional meals & friendship. Ideally looking for a mature over 18 person. $50 a night. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom This room is quite large. Desk provided with built in wardrobe and a side window with blinds. Fits Queen Bed or Double. Good for a unit student or a single person. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Non smoking. Not suited to families or couples. Ideally over 18. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
