Double Room (Studio) with Ensuite bathroom This room is a self contained unit, suitable for 2 people, with its own bathroom, and kitchenette, TV and lounge area. Capacity: 2 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / 1900.00 Monthly House Rules: Respect others at home and our neighbours Preserve water where possible Minimal waste where possible Keep good communication Check in time at 2pm and check out at 9am - unless prior arranged. 2 weeks notice for cancellations of ongoing guests. No smoking or substance use on the property - seriously affected person will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave.
