Hi we have hosted students for over 15 years and love to hear about your day, help you settle into study. We are great cooks and love all types of food, all our students love four food ! We have a lovely paved - garden area where we love to sit and you are welcome to use. We are Suburban but so very very near lots of lovely beaches, Maroubra, Little bay, La Perouse, Botany bay, near the city and light rail, great bus service to everywhere Room(s): 1. Single Room (Front Room) with Shared bathroom This room also has built in wardrobes, its very light and airy Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1900.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Middle Room) with Shared bathroom This room also has a built in wardrobe - which you can use 2 sections (our of 3) Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Side Room) with Shared bathroom This is a very comfy smaller room (as our other room are very large) but it has single bad, 2 sets of drawers, wardrobe Desk/chair and Ikea chair for loungling Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: My rate includes diner each evening, light breakfast No guests and the normal rules, Amenities: Barbecue, Internet Access, Laundry, Garden, Parking Local Amenities: Beach, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop
